Group By Field

Groups a Snap list by the selected field.
All groupings added to a Snap report are displayed as nodes in the Report Explorer.

Using this command, you can apply multiple grouping criteria. Every group can have a header and/or footer.
To customize report groups, use the tools provided by the Data Tools: Group toolbar.

Sort Ascending

Sorts a Snap list by the selected column in ascending order.

To manage the sort levels in a mail merge document, use the Sort command of the Data Tools: Mail Merge toolbar.

Sort Descending

Sorts a Snap list by the selected column in descending order.

To manage the sort levels in a mail merge document, use the Sort command of the Data Tools: Mail Merge toolbar.

Summary

Calculates a summary for a selected field. Summary results are shown in the list footer.

The following summary functions are available.
- Count;
- Sum;
- Average;
- Max;
- Min.

Quick Filter

Allows you to select which values of a selected field to show.
This command is not applicable to nested lists of a master-detail report.

To apply complex filtering criteria to a Snap list, use the Filter command of the Data Tools: List or Data Tools: Mail Merge toolbar.

Properties

Shows the list of properties for a selected field.
The set of available properties depends on the element type.
